Delivery by Nova Poshta courier in Kyiv.

 

Orders are delivered free of charge, provided that the purchase price exceeds 1,500 UAH. If the amount of your order is less than 1,500 UAH, then the delivery cost will be according to Nova Poshta tariffs.

 

Delivery is carried out daily on workadays. Check the possibility of delivery on weekends with our managers. Delivery is usually carried out within 1-3 days after placing the order. If the terms of delivery of certain products will be longer, we will inform you about this in advance.

Delivery by Nova Poshta to the station

 

Delivery of orders by Nova Poshta to the station is free of charge, provided that the purchase price exceeds 1,500 UAH. If the amount of your order is less than 1,500 UAH, then you pay for the delivery of the order according to Nova Poshta tariffs.

 

Delivery of the order takes 1-3 workadays, depending on the destination city.

 

When paying for the order by cash on delivery, you also pay the cost of the money transfer (20 UAH + 2%). If you pay for the order in advance, then you do not need to pay the money transfer fee. The cash on delivery order is sent only with a prepayment of 100 UAH by card, the cash on delivery amount will be reduced by the amount of the advance.

 

When receiving the parcel, you must have your passport with you, the full name in the passport must match the data specified when placing the order.

 

WARNING! The Nova Poshta station keeps the parcel for 5 workadays, then it will be returned. If you want to delay the package sent by postpaid for a few more days at the branch – inform the manager of Smart4derma.

 

 

Payment methods

 

Payment in cash

You can pay for the order in cash upon receipt by courier delivery in Kyiv, as well as upon receiving the order at the delivery service station.

 

Payment by Privatbank card

The payment amount must correspond to the value of your order. You also pay a fee for transferring money according to the bank’s tariffs. The transfer takes from 5 minutes to 3 workadays.

 

Product return

In the presence of the courier, carefully inspect the product without disturbing the integrity of the package to make sure that you have received what you ordered and that you are satisfied with the appearance of the product. All claims for ordered goods are accepted only at the time of delivery, provided the integrity of the packaging is preserved.
